Wind Orchestra Auletes exists of approximately 50 enthusiastic musicians, mostly students from the TU\/e and Fontys, but also from other organizations outside of Eindhoven. Each year, they play a variety of challenging music pieces around themes or events, which they perform on beautiful stages.\n\nFor example, Auletes played with the Philips Wind Orchestra in Muziekgebouw Eindhoven, gave a magical concert in the gardens of the Castle of Geldrop and impersonated the music at the musical Zaad van Satan. Auletes also performs regularly on the campus of the Technical University Eindhoven. For instance, when Auletes gave an organ concert, at which they played music by Camille Saint-Sa\u00ebns and Charles-Marie Widor together with the university organ in the Auditorium.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Wind Orchestra Auletes is led by conductor Hardy Li since March 2023. Hardy is very involved with the orchestra during and after rehearsals and is always open to having a chat. New musicians are also welcome to come to listen to or play at a rehearsal. Not only wind instruments, but also double basses and harps can be part of this wind orchestra. Furthermore, we are at this moment looking for new bass clarinetists, tenor- or baritone saxophonists, horn players, percussionists and bassoonists. If you would like to come to the rehearsal, don\u2019t be shy to send a mail, then we will save a spot for you! <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Wind orchestra Auletes rehearses on Thursdays from 19:30 until 22:30. The rehearsal location is the large music hall Pulsar in the Luna building on the campus of Eindhoven University of Technology. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Harmonieorkest Auletes bestaat uit ongeveer 50 enthousiaste muzikanten, voornamelijk studenten van TU\/e en Fontys, maar ook van instanties buiten Eindhoven.
