Quadrivium Classical Moments: Piano Masterclass
Deze keer staat Quadrivium Classical Moments in het teken van een pianomasterclassThis time, Quadrivium Classical Moments features a piano masterclass. The masterclass, an event offering young pianists inspiration and musical growth, gives participants the opportunity to perform a classical piece of their choice as part of the Café M series of Muziekgebouw Eindhoven. They will receive valuable feedback from a professional pianist to enhance their musical expression and technical skills in a professional setting. The audience is warmly welcome to observe the learning process and enjoy an event filled with musical artistry. Come along to witness young talents developing their musical expression and learn from the insights and expertise of a professional concert pianist.

Traveling the World by Steam
In the afternoon of Saturday the 6th of December, wind orchestra Auletes will take you on a worldly train journey! Our very own ‘Orient Express’ will take us on a musical journey through all kinds of countries. With pieces such as Hymn of the Highlands by Philip Sparke, Hungarian Dance No. 1 by Brahms, Suite from ‘Maria de Buenos Aires’ arranged by Steven Verhelst, and Africa Ceremony, Song and Ritual by Robert W. Smith, you will be immersed in all kinds of cultures and magical places. From the overwhelming grandeur of the Scottish Highlands to the bustling city life of Buenos Aires, it promises to be an afternoon filled with a fantastic atmosphere and beautiful music. Come and listen at the Cultuurcentrum Deurne at 15:00. See you then!

Creation | Dutch Premiere
On November the 29th student symphony orchestra Ensuite and student choir Vokollage will join forces to perform the Dutch premiere of Dan Forrest's Creation. Inspired by Haydn's masterpiece of the same name, this grandiose 72-minute piece celebrates the beauty of nature in all of its forms. So come to Auditorium at 20:00 and experience the wonder for yourself!

61st Board of ESMG Quadrivium
Dear readers,
We are happy to introduce ourselves as the 61 st board of ESMG Quadrivium:
PerfeQt Fourth! We all have ambitious plans for the association: to organize beautiful concerts,
promote growth, and provide a safe and happy place in Quadrivium for all its
members.
Apart from that, our main goal is sustainability and effectiveness. This year poses
unique organizational challenges, and we plan to tackle them head-on, while
building on the excellent achievements of the previous board, and paving a solid
path for the next one.

chair@esmgquadrivium.nlAs the chair of ESMG Quadrivium, I am responsible for the association’s general management. My role is to keep an overview and provide guidance to my fellow board members, whilst creating communication channels between internal and external collaborating parties of the students’ associations at TU/e. I am in charge of enforcing our policies and ensuring that our objectives are met. Feel free to contact me if you have any questions about our association!
Karsten Steeghs
treasurer@esmgquadrivium.nlAs treasurer, I have an overview of the association’s finances. I’m responsible for payments, bookkeeping, and financial reports. I work closely with the Audit Committee (KCC), who audits our accounts and helps me with any questions. Furthermore, I have the role of “General Board Member”, which means I provide support with tasks outside of the treasurer’s job description.

boardvokollage@esmgquadrivium.nlAs Vokollage Commissioner, my role is to run our mixed choir: Vokollage. I am responsible for organizing our yearly concerts, making sure that rehearsals run smoothly and chairing our committee meetings. My goal is to make Vokollage members always feel content and welcome. As a committee representative, my role is to make sure that every ESMG Quadrivium committee has a direct and adequate communication with the board, and that both parties are properly updated at all times.
Alp Çelik
commissarispianoleden@esmgquadrivium.nlAs piano commissioner, I organize activities for the members together with the piano committee. These activities include masterclasses and piano evenings. Besides being the piano commissioner, I’m also the ensemble commissioner. As ensemble commissioner, I monitor the ensembles’ progress, I organize concerts for them and other activities to encourage the formation of new ensembles.
As our board does not have Commissioners of Auletes and Ensuite at the moment, these sub-associations are ran by the AuleCie (the Auletes Committee) and the EnCie (the Ensuite Committee) respectively.
