Nederlands During the TU/e intro week, we will of course be there to help new students get started and show them what kind of association we are! In the overview below, you can see what kind of activities we organize, with an explanation of what each activity entails. And if you are a new student and would like more information, fill in our information form!
On Monday, our fanfare Party Hardy will welcome all new students on the Limbopad, the path between the train station and the campus! In the early morning, they will play songs to keep all students awake, and to enjoy, of course.
The campus market is the place to get to know all the associations that TU/e has to offer! Of course, Quadrivium will be there too, together with the other associations of Scala, our umbrella association! So come and talk to us to get to know the association better, see what we have to offer, and of course listen to some performances by the music associations!
Quadrivium wouldn't be a music association without music. That's why we organize a themed karaoke on Tuesday, where we sing songs from the Eurovision Song Contest together! From classics like Ding-a-Dong to modern songs like Europapa, this is a must for karaoke lovers who prefer not to go to a crowded bar.
For students who prefer not to go to parties and want to have a relaxed evening, we organize a concert on Wednesday! Here, some of our pianists and other musicians will fill the evening with music and relaxation, so if you're done partying, be sure to stop by.
Thursday morning and afternoon are all about trying out different workshops. Quadrivium is organizing two: one where you can make your own instruments out of household materials, and another where you can try singing!
On Thursday, the Luna building will be open for all new students to explore! Since Quadrivium is also located in this building, we have of course come up with something fun. Come by our rehearsal room to try out all kinds of different instruments, with musicians who can play them! Your evening will definitely be filled with music and fun.
